The crew aboard River Run have been escorting passengers down the River Shannon for the last 15 years and their new website has helped them reach even more tourists visiting Athlone.
The Task
The owners of River Run knew they had to improve their online presence if they wanted to get more tourists interested in cruising with them. They decided they needed to create a new image of themselves online with an updated logo, a new and improved website, and a booking system that made it easier for interested visitors to book online.
Our Solution
By using gorgeous and scenic imagery of Athlone and the River Shannon, our team was able to illustrate what it’s like to embark on a journey on the River Run cruiser. Our team developed a website that displayed the fun and thrilling adventure people could have on the River Run with detailed website copy and immersive imagery.
On their new website, there are pages dedicated to every type of passenger, so each person who visits can find a reason why they should take a trip on the River Run. The website has simple navigation, making it easy for visitors to find the answers to all their questions.
Along with the easy to use navigation, we also created an online booking system that allows interested visitors to make a booking with the simple push of a button. Our straightforward online booking system helped increase River Run’s conversions and was designed to ensure they stay fully booked out every day of the year.
