Advantage Engineering provide high-quality products, design and engineering services to multinationals and indigenous companies across a number of industrial sectors. Their highly-skilled design and manufacturing teams are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services.
The Task
Advantage Engineering needed a new website to reflect their professional reputation as a high quality service provider on an international scale. Their old website had served them well, however they wanted to present the company in a more modern and professional light. Due to its age, the website was not mobile responsive and difficult for staff to update themselves
Our Solutions
To get this project kick-started, key members of the Advantage Engineering team worked with our digital strategist to uncover the key prospects of the company’s online presence.
Our graphic designer then provided a few tweaks to the company’s branding, including their logo and business card. With an improved logo and new branding guidelines in place, our designers then created a clean and professional website design. Our designers chose to make the most of white space and the green/navy shades found in the company’s logo. Clear, easy access to key sections of the website are on the home page, making navigation to the casual visitor as simple as possible.
To increase customer engagement, we configured a customer chat facility to let visitors talk directly to customer services within the company.
To help the company with their own updating of the site going forward, we completed a day’s training covering CMS updates, content updating, social media and general website skills.
